Kerry is passionate about residential real estate. He is straightforward, honest, and enthusiastic. He makes it fun and exciting to sell your home or buy that place you've always wanted. Kerry takes a personal interest in walking his clients through the sales process, knowing how emotional and daunting it can be.
Kerry moved from Florida to Colorado in 1979 due to his love for the mountains. He spends as much time as possible in the high-country hiking, skiing, hunting, and exploring this beautiful state. The year after moving to Colorado he started a lifelong career in technical education. His experience ranged from teaching in the classroom, to program director, to starting and running a national training company. He brings many of the skills and knowledge he gained from training to the real estate industry. He stays active in the community as a part time instructor at a community college and volunteering at Dinosaur Ridge outdoor/indoor museum.
Through Kerry's experience in the classroom and running a training company he has developed a variety of skills which he uses to ensure a pleasant and smooth transaction with your real estate purchase or sale. His management and communications abilities allow him to provide exceptional customer service and care, he ensures you understand every aspect of the real estate transaction. He is a great problem solver, removing obstacles that could derail a transaction.
Kerry is a member of the National Association of realters (NAR) and the South Denver Metro Realtors Association (SMDRA). He has the NAR Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.
