Kerry takes a personal interest in guiding each client through the process, understanding that real estate decisions can be both emotional and daunting.
Originally from Florida, Kerry moved to Colorado in 1979, drawn by his love for the mountains. He enjoys spending time in the high country hiking, skiing, hunting, and exploring the state’s beauty. Shortly after relocating, Kerry began a lifelong career in technical education—teaching in the classroom, serving as a program director, and ultimately founding and running a national training company. These experiences honed his communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, all of which now benefit his real estate clients.
Kerry remains active in the community as a part-time instructor at Arapahoe Community College and through volunteer work with the Kiwanis Club of Columbine and Dinosaur Ridge. His background in education gives him a unique ability to simplify complex processes, ensuring clients feel informed and confident every step of the way. Known for his excellent customer service and attention to detail, Kerry works diligently to anticipate challenges and remove obstacles so transactions run smoothly.
Kerry is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the South Metro Denver Realtors Association (SMDRA). He also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, which equips him to serve the unique needs of clients aged 55 and older.
